If the navigation program (Yobzon Navigator) is not working, try one of the following before emailing Lily:

  1. Download and install the latest version of Java. This fixes the problem most of the time.
  2. Make sure Java is enabled in the Preferences or Options section of your Web browser.
  3. If you are sure Java is installed and enabled correctly, you may need to reboot your computer.
  4. If you are connecting from a network machine, you may need to contact your network administrator before using and/or about the fixes listed above.
  5. If you are connecting from a smart-phone, you may need an application that will let you run Java applets on the phone's browser.

If none of these work, email Lily using the address found at the bottom of the home page. Be sure to include the type of computer (or other device), about how old it is, the operating system and Web browser you're using, and what problem you're having with the navigator.
